Amidst preservation land, sits the beautiful Binghamton Country Club in Endwell, on the outskirts of Binghamton, NY
This is one of the two golf courses in the Endwell area and one of the six in the Binghampton region.
The club is a 3-hour ride from NYC.
Binghamton Country Club has the distinction of being counted as one of the twenty oldest country clubs in America.
This private course is open for play throughout the year, weather permitting.
Binghamton CC Golf Course
The course was built in 1889 and the famed course architect of the time, A.W. Tillinghast, redesigned the course in 1921.

This is a very beautiful course and one that is maintained impeccably well, something that is expected out of a private course.
The course is lined with wooded majestic trees, flowering trees, and aesthetically pleasing fairway bunkers that give the course an alluring and charming vibe.
The club unveiled a $2 million restoration plan in 2017 that results in widening the fairways by cutting down of some trees and to give it an open feel; reducing the slope of some greens as well as adding more strategic sand bunkers amongst others in line with the original designer’s vision.
Even though the course is not long by today’s standards, the course plays long.
Although the fairways are wide and forgiving, the terraced nature of the fairways and greens with strategically placed risk-reward bunkers make this a challenging course to play.
This is a course for those who want to break 75 will be a challenging affair and for those who want to break 100 will be easy.
With multiple sets of tees, this course is both fun and challenging for golfers at all skill levels.
