Hoots Hollow Golf Course (Scorecard | Rates)
Hoot’s Hollow Golf Course is part of the Country Creek Golf Club that has two courses within it.
The course is situated 41 miles south of Kansas City, in Pleasant Hill, MO.
Outside of the city and surrounded by farms on all sides, this family-owned public course is one of the 3 courses in Pleasant Hill.
Although the weather in the region can get cold during winters, the golf season is pretty much year-round, weather permitting though.
Hoots Hollow Course At Country Creek Golf Club
Hoots Hollow was the second course to be built at Country Creek in the year 2002 and was designed by Jeff McKee. Hoots Hollow is the sister course of The Rock Golf Course at the same club.

The longer of the two courses, Hoots Hollow has a lot of ‘fairways’. The fairways are wide and open with not many trees blocking and are forgiving for errant shots.
You can get the driver out and start spraying here. Watch out for the thick roughs though. However, the lack of trees translates into the course being windy at times and can be challenging.
A good course to pick up on your basics, if you haven’t been swinging for a while.
Measuring more than 7000 yards, the course is very lengthy too and seniors and beginners might find it a challenge if the right tee is not selected.
Water hazards pose a challenge in some holes, especially at the back nines.
Wide fairways for beginners and long holes with doglegs for experienced players. And, with 4 sets of tees, the Hoots Hollow Golf Course can accommodate golfers at all skill levels, equally well.

The facility has a driving range for long-game practice as well as a putting green.
Tee Times
The tee time hours at Hoots Hollow are generally between 6 AM and 4 PM in with a total of 60 slots available accommodating 1-4 players in each slot.

Restaurant – Menu
The snack bar at the clubhouse serves snacks and beverages.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Beer carts are also available.
The clubhouse can host luncheons and a banquet room is available too for meetings.
Pro Shop
The pro shop at Hoots Hollow stocks a wide variety of golf equipment and apparel. There are no instructors available for golf lessons.
