Situated at the northern tip of Lake Owasco – one of the Finger Lakes – the Lakeview Golf Course is one of the 4 golf courses in the Auburn area.
The place is characterized by a continental climate with varying weather throughout the year with warm and humid summers and cold winters.
So, playability is limited to the warmer months.
Lakeview Golf & Country Club
Designed by golf architect Tom Bendelow and opened in 1916, the public golf course at Lakeview Country Club is situated in Auburn, New York.

The 18-hole course has a nice layout with wide and open fairways. However, there aren’t many water hazards or bunkers that come into play that can make this course a challenging one.
The fairways are lined with trees and measuring 6560 yards from the back tees, it’s not an especially long course either.
With reasonable rates, this public course can be a budget-friendly option for those wishing to practice their swings and putts.
